When the villain acknowledge the the power of MC... Thats actually protagonist character development... very good plot... we usually get 1 dimensional on early boss villain in typical anime...
(well there are some bad plot which Haldar just wait there until Avan finished saying good bye to his students, maybe it can be considered Haldar is a lawful villain)
